
FIESTA A SANTA CLARA ASÍS
Ecatepec de Morelos, México.
On
the occasion of the Fair of the town of Santa Clara Coatitla, which is
celebrated in honor of Santa Clara de Asís on August 12, various cultural,
artistic, craft, culinary and entertainment exhibitions have been installed in
its main square.
Also
participating are the National Peasant Confederation; the Mexiquense Institute
of Culture through the Regional Center of Culture of Ecatepec "José María
Morelos y Pavón", as well as the eighth council of Ecatepec.
The
typical drinks cannot be missed, the Artisans of Pulque from Santa Clara
Coatitla and the Producers of Nopal and Tuna from San Pedro Xalostoc will be
presenting their second artisanal exhibition of Pulque, Nopal, Tuna and their
Derivatives in Plaza Juárez, in the center of the town.

among the food of great ancestral richness since the time of our Mexica
ancestors, the "Macondo" tobacconist could not be missing and its
entire series of products made with cocoa, such as pozol, chocolate and other
delicious substances, directed by the right hand of Mr. Fernando Rodríguez
